南通分公司是武船集团旗下，武汉双柳武船重工有限责任公司的一家分公司，位于中国经济发展中心之一的长江三角洲，坐落在濒江临海的江苏启东船舶工业园，地处长江下游北岸，距长江入海口18公里，距国家一级公路——沿江公路3公里，距上游崇启公路大桥5公里，距国际大都市上海1小时车程，距浦东国际机场和虹桥机场70公里，水、路、空交通均十分便捷，地理位置十分优越。
公司拥有350米长江深水岸线，占地面积约13.5平方米，建设36.5米×210米干船坞一座，配备300吨大型龙门吊1台；建设长225米深水码头两座，各配备16吨门座式港口起重机2台；建设船体车间、涂装车间、预处理车间、管加车间、电装车间、舾装车间等一系列完善的修造船配套设施；并建设各类仓库、组装堆放场地、保税库、空压站、变电站、办公楼、综合楼、宿舍楼等一系列先进的后勤保障设施，满足修造各类型船舶的需要。
公司现配有丰富修造船经验的管理团队和施工技术人员，全面负责公司的生产、经营、技术、质量、安全等全方位的管理工作，确保公司管理达到一流水平，成为武船集团旗下在华中地区船舶出口桥头堡和出口新基地。

Nantong Branch is a subsidiary of Wuhan Shuangliu Wuchuan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd, which is subordinated to WSIC. It lies in one of the Chinese economic development centers, Yangtse River Delta and is located in Jiangsu Qidong marine industry park. Standing on the north bank downstream, the yard is 18km away from the Yangtse River Estuary, 3km away from the Yanjiang road(a high standard road), 5km away from Chongqi bridge(connecting Chongming Island and Qidong),70km away from Pudong International Airport and an hour’s drive from shanghai, the cosmopolis. Due to the superior geographic position, the traffic is convenient in either water, land or air transportation.
The shipyard has about 350m coastline with deep water along the Yangtse River. Total area in the yard is about 135,000㎡. The major production equipment are as follows:
—one dry dock 36.5m×210m with one 300T gantry crane
—220m deep water outfitting quay, with two 16T cranes
—hull workshop
—painting workshop
—steel pretreatment workshop
—piping workshop
—electrical workshop
—outfitting workshop
And a number of warehouse, stowage platform, bonded warehouse air compressor station, transformer station office building and workers dormitory etc.

船台总组Building berth
总组场地位于船坞旁，面积7350㎡，总组和舾装场地均在300T龙门起重机起吊范围内，提高总段进入船坞的完整性，缩短在坞周期。
Section site, with an area of 7350 square meters, is located next to the dock. The section and outfitting sites are all within the working area of 300T gantry crane, which enhance the continuity when blocks transfer into the dock and shorten the work period in dock.
码头dock
1#舾装码头（岸壁式）：7 x 243m；最低潮位时前沿水深为-4米
2#舾装码头（离岸高桩式）：20 x 225m；最低潮位时前沿水深为-7米，配有16T x 35m门座式起重机两台。
No.1 outfitting quay (quay wall ): 7 x 243m, the lowest tidal level is -4m
No.2 outfitting quay (offshore high-pile wharf ):20 x 225m, the lowest tidal level is -7m and it is equipped with two 16T x 35m gantry crane.
公司生产场地Manufacturing sites of Nantong branch company
船体车间：61×228m，配有50T行车4台，16T电磁行车2台，16T行车4台，16T行车4台，5T半龙门行车6台，数控等离子切割机2台，直线火焰切割机1台，高精度门式切割机2台，型材自动加工生产线1条，800T数控门式油压机1台，400T数控肋骨冷弯机1台，大型卷板机1台和其他小型加工、切割、焊接设备。
Covering an area of 61x228m, the workshop is equipped with four 50T traveling cranes, two 16T el-magnetic traveling cranes, four 16T traveling crane, six 5T semi-gantry cranes, two plasma NC cutting machines, one linear flame cutting machine, two high precising gate type cutting machine, one profile production line, one 800T NC oil pressing machine, one 400T NC frame bending machine, one steel plate rolling machine and other small-scale production, cutting, and welding equipment.
