Fanshun Shipyard Group Co., Ltd was established in October, 2007 based on former Fanshun Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd built in 2001 ; a stock company centralizing of shipbuilding, foreign trade, technology exports, Electrical and Mechanical Production. The group consists of five subsidiary corporations, its headquarters in Huanghua shipbuilding base, Wenzhou, P.R.China.



The group covers an area of 160,000 square meters with more than 585meters deepwater shorelines and 16 slipways, seven sets of gantry cranes from 80tons to 200tons, which undertake to build all kinds of ships under 30,000dwt, according to shipbuilding standard of classification society (GL, ABS, BV, NK, CCS etc) home and aboard. It has become into one of the backbone enterprise in shipbuilding industry in Zhejiang Province. Up to now, besides the Local Ship owners, Fanshun Group, with annual production capacity of over 100,000tons, has set up business relation with the customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Russia, Italy, Germany, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and others from around the world.



In order to adapt requirement of international market of ship building, the group has formed a full set of managing system with efficiency in accordance with international standard, has completely passed International Quality Management System ISO 9001 and 2000. At present, it has more than 800 engineering technicians. Among them the number of senior engineer is 18, the engineer is more than 50, over 80 percent for various kinds of engineers and technicians.
