公司前身山东欧锦玻璃钢有限公司成立于2015年10月14日，民营企业。位于山东省德州市武城县经济开发区，占地面积40000平方米。2018年12月与中国兵器集团合作更名为山东北方欧锦新材料科技有限公司。
The Company's Predecessor, Shandong Ocean FRP Pipe Co., LTD.,was established on October 14, 2015, a private enterprise. It is located in Wucheng County Economic Development Zone, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 40,000 square meters. In December 2018, it cooperated with NORINCO GROUP and changed its name to Shandong North Ocean New Material Technology Co., LTD.
公司目前拥有四大系列产品：GRE、RTP、HDPE、GRP，业务范围涉及：海洋工程及船舶管道、油田陆用高压管道、化工及LNG行业用大口径管道、市政饮水及排污用聚酯玻璃钢管道。客户遍及中海油、中石油、中石化、澳大利亚、阿尔及利亚、伊朗、伊拉克、葡萄牙、巴基斯坦、哈萨克斯坦等国内外市场。

公司核心团队从事GRE（玻璃纤维增强环氧管道）研发、生产、销售、安装二十余年，获得了同行及客户的高度认可。去年公司与中国兵器集团强强联合，保持RTP国内优势同时，回归GRE管道项目。目前公司获得了特种设备生产许可证，并已同时向美国石油协会（API15HR 、API15LR）、美国船级社（ABS）、德国船级社（DNV-GL）、法国船级社（BV）、韩国船级社（KR）、中国船级社（CCS）及意大利船级社（RINA）提出申请进行工厂认证与产品型式认证，预计7月中旬即可获得相关资质和船级社证书。
