I.V.I. Marine Duty Fans Marine duty fans require different construction features than regular industrial applications. The solicitations endured by the machines during navigation require hardiness qualities and capacitance of absorption of those vibrations caused by the unpredictable environmental conditions. Because of the reduced spaces, those components in need of maintenance interventions have to be easily reachable. CBZ系列舰船用防爆轴流通风机（以下简称“通风机”）， 该风机是在CZ型基础上按有关防爆规定采取的防爆措施而派生出的一种新型舰船用防爆轴流风机。按照GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境第1部分：设备通用要求》、GB3836.1-2010《《爆炸性环境第2部分：由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备》的有关规定和中国船舶检验局现行《钢质海船入级和建造规范》的有规定设计制造的。通风机经中华人民共和国防爆检验单位检验合格，取得了防爆合格证。   型号说明： “C”：舰船用 “B”：防爆 “Z”：轴流风机 “30~180”：叶轮直径 组成：通风机主要由机壳、叶轮、静叶撑脚及船用防爆电机等组成。 产品功能： 适合在船舶、舰艇和石油平台上用于输送B组T1～T4、C组T1～T5易燃、易爆的气体。 产品优势： 通风机具有噪音低、流量大、压力高、效率高等特点。风机耐腐蚀性好、有效抗冲击、振动，风机运转平稳和安全可靠，可根据用户需要逆转使用。 通风机可制成多种型式供用户选择：Ⅰ型（甲板式）、II型（风筒式）、III型（隔舱式）IV型（橄榄式）、V型（上出风式）。 ●风量：500～180000m3/h ●全压：100～1050Pa ●功率：0.55kW~90kW ●电制：标准配置AC 3PH 380V/50Hz，AC 3PH 440V/60Hz，如有需要可选用其它电制：AC 3PH 415V/50Hz，AC 3PH 460V/60Hz，AC 3PH 480V/60Hz，AC 3PH 690V/60Hz。 ●机壳：结构型式为筒式。在机壳内部，叶轮旋转部位布置防火花铜环，起到防爆的作用。机壳主要作用：收集气体，对气体起导流作用，提高风机的内效率，同时支撑电机，对叶轮运转起保护作用。 ●叶轮：结构型式为机翼形叶片，材料为ZL104铸铝合金，经过严格的动平衡校正、超速试验。 ●静叶撑脚：静叶撑脚起到联接电机与筒体的作用，同时静叶采用扭曲叶片式导叶结构，导叶的作用是将从叶轮出来之后的气体收集起来，将其一部分动能转成压力能。 ●船用防爆电动机：具有良好的防潮、防霉和抗盐雾性能，运行平稳、噪音低的特点。船用防爆电机结构为封闭式三相交流笼型转子异步电动机。能防止灰尘，铁屑或其它杂物侵入电动机内部。能满足海上一些恶劣的环境。工作原理：由交变的电场通过线圈产生交变的磁场，磁通的变化在转子绕组中产生磁场力，带动转子的转动，将电能转换成机械能。电机防爆性能是按GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境第1部分：设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2010《爆炸性环境第2部分：由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备》的规定制成隔爆型。可根据要求增加空间加热器。 ●船用防爆电动机可根据要求选用德州恒力、江苏大中、远东等国产品牌，也可选用ABB、西门子、百维等进口品牌。   适合在船舶、舰艇和石油平台上用于输送B组T1～T4、C组T1～T5易燃、易爆的气体。
